This website is run by HALAPOP BEVERAGES TRADING L.L.C, registered in Dubai, UAE (License No. 1502171). When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean HalaPop.

Quantities are sometimes limited, and we may restrict sales in certain cases (e.g., resellers).

We may refuse or cancel orders that look unusual (like very large or repeated bulk orders).
Please keep your contact and payment information accurate and up to date so we can process your order smoothly.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love HalaPop. Under UAE law:
- You can request a refund or return if a product is defective, expired, damaged, or not what you ordered.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Opened or consumed products can’t be returned unless defective.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Sometimes we use delivery platforms (like Noon or Deliveroo).
We’re not responsible for issues caused by those third-party services, but we’ll do our best to support you if something goes wrong.

9. User Feedback & Submissions

If you share reviews, comments, or feedback with us, we may use them in our marketing (thank you!).
Please keep submissions respectful and lawful. Offensive or harmful content isn’t allowed.

Disputes will be handled by the Dubai Courts, unless mandatory laws of another GCC country apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here with the updated date.
